Rates are in USD and based on per-person pricing for single, double, triple or quad occupancy cabins.
The single supplement for the Superior Cabin is 1.75 times the published rate.
The single supplement for Deluxe Cabins and Premium Suites is 2 times the published rate.
Card transactions are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.
Included activities are subject to weather and operational conditions. Terra Nova Expeditions will make every effort to operate each included activity at least once for guests who have signed up or expressed interest.
Camping spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Day Sailing must be paid in full at the time of booking. Capacity is limited to 8 guests per outing and costs USD 1,295 per person. It is non-refundable and non-commissionable.

Inclusions:
Accommodation: Fully serviced cabins.
Meals: Daily meals, snacks, tea, coffee, and house beer, soda, and wine during dinner.
Shore Excursions: Guided walks, daily shore excursions, and Zodiac cruises.
Adventure Activities: Kayaking, Snowshoeing, Camping, Polar Plunge, Trekking and Yoga (Subject to weather and operational conditions)
Expedition Team: Led by experienced guides.
Lectures: Educational talks and expert guiding services.
Expedition Equipment: Loaned muck boots, outer shell/parka to keep and access to the onboard doctor and medical clinic.
Pre-departure Info: Comprehensive materials and an Antarctic booklet.
Port Fees: Includes port surcharges, permits, and landing fees.
Wi-Fi: Basic Wi-Fi complimentary; upgrades available for a fee.

TNE will make every effort to operate each included activity at least once for guests who have signed up or expressed interest. However, due to weather conditions and the unpredictable environment of Antarctica, TNE cannot guarantee that guests will have more than one opportunity to participate on each activity.
Guests must register for the Camping Activity at the time of booking or as early as possible post-booking. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a waiting list available. For snowshoeing, kayaking, and other onboard activities, advance sign-up before embarkation is not required.
The Day Sailing activity must be paid in full at the time of booking. Capacity is limited to 8 guests per outing, and costs USD 1,295 per person and is non-refundable.
